Construction and Capital Experience Behind the Advice
Dan brings more than 20 years of construction-related experience. As a Senior Director of Construction for a national REIT, he oversaw capital programs totaling approximately $70 million across roughly 6,000 units and more than 400 construction and renovation projects.
His experience also includes acquisition and disposition due diligence and seven years in building-envelope consulting, including water-intrusion investigation, workmanship evaluation, remediation analysis and construction dispute support.
